Yamaguchi Prefecture
Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery

Harada Gengetsu Muroka Junmai Ginjo Shiboritate Namagenshu

A sake as beautiful and elegant as the crescent moon depicted on the label, as seen from the brewery over the Seto Inland Sea.

A collaboration with the Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery from Yamaguchi Prefecture’s Shunan, Harada Gengetsu is overflowing with fresh and fruity flavours. The label depicts a crescent moon (“gengetsu” in Japanese) over the Seto Inland Sea, located close to the brewery. This special, lightly cloudy, unpasteurised bottling is released at the start of each year.
