Staff comments

A sake from the Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery, popular both in Japan and overseas. Sweetness and acidity are accompanied by rich flavours from maturation and Sherry-like aromas. An incredibly original bottling that breaks the mould of what sake can be. Pairs well with stir fries with oyster or black bean sauce and richer Chinese dishes, it’s a great foil for oily dishes, refreshing the palate.
