Yukyu-no-Umeshu Shizuku 4-Year Aged Koshu Base

A dreamy Umeshu, rounded and generous thanks the the aged sake used to make it.

In this Umeshu collaboration with the Kinmon Akita Sake Brewery, high-quality Nako Ume (Japanese plums) are added to a four-year aged sake base, made from Akita-grown Toyonishiki and Kiyonishiki rice. The result is an Umeshu that combines the fresh, sharp flavours of Ume plums and and generous roundness of aged sake.
