This sake is a 2004 vintage Daiginjo, made from Miyama Nishiki rice polished to a ratio of 40% and matured in bottle for two decades. Offering complex, mature aromas, this is a sake you’ll want to take your time enjoying. Pair with mature cheese or other aged foods and characterful dishes.
