Harada Gengetsu Muroka Junmai Daiginjo Genshu

A sake with the elegance of a cresecent moon hanging in the night sky.

A collaboration with the Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery from Yamaguchi Prefecture’s Shunan, the Harada Gengetsu Junmai Daiginjo is overflowing perfumed fruit aromas, and balanced with pretty, elegant acidity. The sake’s elegance is expressed by the crescent moon (“gengetsu” in Japanese) hanging in the night sky on the bottle label, at once powerful yet gentle.

Flavour profile

Bright aromas of muscat and Chinese quince. Distinctively juicy with elegant acidity, like green apples or Japanese pears, and a well-rounded body originating from the rice. Enjoy as an aperitif, with food or even as a digestif - an all-rounder to enjoy at a leisurely pace.
