Okayama Prefecture
Kumaya Sake Brewery

An Bizen Asahi Muroka Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu

A sake that shows the Asahi rice variety at its fullest potential.

This sake is a collaboration with the Kumaya Sake Brewery of Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture, using the Asahi rice variety, one of the prides of the prefecture. The rice is also often used for sushi, and the variety’s easygoing umami and freshness are packed into this bottling. The sake is even more approachable and fresh in this unpasteurised bottling.
