Hachinohe Shurui Sake Brewery
Ringo Pomme Pomme
Just like biting into a freshly picked apple.
Made by the Hachinohe Shurui Sake Brewery in Aomori Prefecture, Ringo Pomme Pomme is just like taking a bite into a freshly picked apple. With its dazzling freshness and low alcohol content of 7%, it’s hard to believe it’s actually sake. Fermented at low temperatures for maximum fruitiness using a yeast that produces high levels of malic acid, the same type found in apples, enjoy it for its crisp apple flavours and refreshing finish.
Flavour profile
It's sake, but it tastes just like apple juice! Like taking the first bite of a fresh apple, refreshing acidity is perfectly balanced with first-class sweetness. With a low alcohol content of 7%, its refreshing profile is at its best when served well-chilled.

Staff comments
Floral aromas of jasmine and osmanthus accompanied by savory, spicy notes of nuts, star anise and cloves, wrapped up in a well-structured body. Pair with nutty dishes or lightly seared fish or meat.
