Harada Seiryu Smooth & Light Junmai Ginjo
Made with water sourced from the Kano region famed for its purity, a sake like a cool and clear mountain stream.
A collaboration with the Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery from Yamaguchi Prefecture’s Shunan. Harada Seiryu has a low alcohol content of 13%, and uses water from Yamaguchi’s Kano region, noted as one of the Top 100 Waters of Japan, giving the sake the freshness and lightness of a mountain stream. Enjoy the smooth water and elegant umami of this cool, clear sake.
Flavour profile
Brimming with invigorating grapefruit and muscat aromas, this Sake was made with an alcohol content similar to that of a wine (13% alc.), giving it the light profile that has become its distinguishing characteristic. Fresh, fruity flavours gently expand on the finish, while leaving an impression as light as mineral water from a valley stream.
