Harada Seiryu Smooth & Light Junmai Ginjo Namazake

Made with water sourced from the Kano region famed for its purity, a sake like a cool and clear mountain stream.

A collaboration with the Hatsumomiji Sake Brewery from Yamaguchi Prefecture’s Shunan. Harada Seiryu has a low alcohol content of 13%, and uses water from Yamaguchi’s Kano region, noted as one of the Top 100 Waters of Japan, giving the sake the freshness and lightness of a mountain stream. Enjoy the smooth water and elegant umami of this cool, clear sake. This is a special, unpasteurised bottling released each year in Spring.
