Hakuteki Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu

A pure sake, as white and polished as the rice used to make it.

Hakuteki is a collaboration with the Imanishi Seibei Sake Brewery of Nara Prefecture. The name Hakuteki literally translates as “white drops” – the colour white has long had a religious significance in Japan, with associations of purity, and this sake lives up to its name with its pure, transparent flavour profile. This bottling is an extra-fresh, unpasteurised seasonal release.
