Benten Sawane is a collaboration with the Gotoh Sake Brewery of Higashiokitama, Yamagata Prefecture. Benten Sawane takes its name from the Goddess Benten, to whom a shrine is dedicated at the rear of the brewery building. A charming, easily approachable sake with an elegant palate and pleasant finish, as pure and beautiful as its label. This special bottling, released unpasteurised each Spring, is especially fruity.
