This collaboration with the Kumaya Sake Brewery of Kurashiki, Okayama Prefecture uses Omachi rice exclusively sourced from contracted local farmers. Polished to a ratio of 48%, its flavours are pure and transparent.

Bright, fruity flavors of ripe pears and white peach. All the brightness and fruitiness one would expect of a Daiginjo sake, harmonising with the classic depth and heartiness of Omachi rice.
