Takanoi Sake Brewery
Iono Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu
Multilayered and gorgeous, as gaudy as the carp depicted on the label,
Iono is a collaboration with the Takanoi Sake Brewery of Niigata Prefecture. “Iono” is an old name for Uonuma region, where the brewery is located. The Iono Junmai Ginjo Nama (unpasteurised sake) depicts the famous carp of the region, which have become so popular around the world that they are sometimes referred to as “swimming treasure”. This unpasteurised Ginjo sake is just as colourful and gorgeous.
