Iono Tokubetsu Junmai

A pure, expressive sake made from specially selected rice.

Iono is a collaboration with the Takanoi Sake Brewery of Niigata Prefecture. “Iono” is an old name for Uonuma region, where the brewery is located. The Iono Tokubetsu Junmai is made with 100% JGAP-certified Gohyakumangoku rice, and the label depicts a regional balloon festival held each year in Spring – the sake is just as colourful and will make your heart soar.
