Mikunihare Sake Brewery

Mizunokatachi Junmai Ginjo Namagenshu

Made from a water source of excellent quality, this sake has a palate as fresh and invigorating as spring water.

Mizunokatachi is a collaboration with the Mikunihare Sake Brewery of Kurobe in Toyama Prefecture. The spring located on the brewery grounds is one of the Hundred Famous Waters of Japan, inspiring this sake’s label and name (translated as “the shape of water”). This sake melts effortlessly into the palate, as elegant and gentle as the water used to make it. This bottling is a special unpasteurised release made right after the brewing is completed.
