Benten Sawane Muroka Junmai Ginjo Hiyaoroshi Genshu

As charming and sublime as Benten's smiling face on the label.

Benten Sawane is a collaboration with the Gotoh Sake Brewery of Higashiokitama, Yamagata Prefecture. Benten Sawane takes its name from the Goddess Benten, to whom a shrine is dedicated at the rear of the brewery building. A charming, easily approachable sake with an elegant palate and pleasant finish, as pure and beautiful as its label. This Autumn “Hiyaoroshi” release undergoes a half-year of ageing in bottle for an extra-rounded expression of its fruity flavours.
