Benten Sawane Muroka Junmai Ginjo Hatsushibori Namagenshu

As charming and sublime as Benten's smiling face on the label.

Benten Sawane is a collaboration with the Gotoh Sake Brewery of Higashiokitama, Yamagata Prefecture. Benten Sawane takes its name from the Goddess Benten, to whom a shrine is dedicated at the rear of the brewery building. A charming, easily approachable sake with an elegant palate and pleasant finish, as pure and beautiful as its label. This exclusive unpasteurised bottling, released at the start of each year, is extra fresh and fruity.
