Iono Junmai Ginjo

A sake as moving as the starry night scene depicted on the label.

Iono is a collaboration with the Takanoi Sake Brewery of Niigata Prefecture. “Iono” is an old name for Uonuma region, where the brewery is located. The Iono Junmai Ginjo is particularly elegant and gentle in style. Its label depicts a famous view in the region, a row of trees in the middle of winter against a starry sky, and this sake is equally as beautiful and elegant.
